FOUNDING PARTNER
David Landsman
As the founder of L & L Accountants, LLC, David received his BA in accounting from Robert Morris College in Chicago IL and moved to the New York area in 2005. David is a Certified QuickBooks online ProAdvisor and has worked for H & R Block as a Pro Tax Associate. Since moving to New York, he has worked in both public and private accounting as well as Non-For-Profit. Through David's many years of experience, he has interfaced and collaborated with CFOs, and CEOs from a variety of industries. It was through those interactions that David developed an appreciation for the value of a hands-on approach, placing importance on face-to-face interactions and a connection with his clients. David's approach maintains that business is not just about Profits and Loses. Rather, it's about getting to know a person with their individualized needs and goals. David works with his clients to make sure they are making the best financial decisions possible, not just for their business, but for their overall well-being, as well.

David’s area of expertise includes preparing financial statements, account analysis, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, internal control testing, problem solving and bookkeeping, and account clean up. David has many years of experience with software such as, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Sales Force and Financial Edge, Razer Edge and Intacct. His experience includes implementing initiatives to improve the financial and internal controls of a business, helping his clients run a more efficient and profitable business, all without losing sight of the client’s business mission and identity.
